Rooms for Special Occasions

Whether you're catering for a small informal family celebration or a larger more formal affair, we have a suitable room at the Woodlands Lodge.

Wedgwood Room

Room layout is in the shape of a capital E

This beautiful room, which is used as our restaurant, overlooks the Garden into the forest and has doors opening on to the Patio. It will seat up to 50 people for a sit-down meal.

Please note: round tables reduce room capacity to 32 persons

Please note that these round tables are available for hire at an extra charge.

This room is also licensed for Civil wedding ceremonies

Garden Room

This is a wonderful new room with all round windows overlooking our picturesque gardens and the New Forest beyond. It can seat up to 40 guests.

When the large double doors to the Wedgewood Room are opened the combined space allows us to seat parties of up to 90 guests

Woodlands Room

Ideal for a sit down meal for 8 to 20 persons. The Woodlands Room is a pleasant room with direct access to the Gardens and the Forest. This room is ideal for smaller intimate groups through to private business meals.

This room is licensed for Civil wedding ceremonies

Marquees

For larger summer functions we can arrange for a marquee in the paddock, however this is only available Sunday through to Thursday evenings.

Fully equipped Marquees, with linings, range of floors, chandeliers and other accessories, designed to suit your individual needs are available and are suitable for groups of up to 80 people, (at an additional charge.)
